How to order

On this site we have selected the very best of local and regional food. It contains only a fraction of the varieties that we sell. All the items are despatched for next day delivery; ensuring that you can enjoy them, as fresh as possible, wherever you live.

The Hampers

We have supplied hampers for a number of years now and recipients appreciate the care we take to select the contents: to present a balance of fine, fresh food and their accompaniments. Our hampers reflect excellent value for money. They are designed to be eaten & enjoyed: they do not contain tins and other 'fillers' and they will not languish on the shelf of your larder.

Terms

The term Hamper is defined as a collection of food and non-food items packaged in a container - either a rigid card box, wooden box or wicker basket, according to availability.

Hampers are as listed - display materials used for photographic purposes are not included. J & J Graham reserve the right to substitute any items and guarantee that any such items will be of equal or greater value.

All items are subject to stock availability. Every contract of sale between J & J Graham and their customer is subject to these conditions. No variation of these conditions shall be effective unless expressly made in writing.

Ordering

Graham's Mail Order is committed to providing a perfect delivery. All our products are delivered by overnight carriers. You can order by using the shopping service on this site or by email at orders@jjgraham.co.uk. We are also very happy to discuss your requirements on the telephone (01768 862281). Payment must be made in full before any item is despatched.

Please ensure that you have included the full postcode and a day time contact number for the recipient and any special delivery instructions required to ensure delivery. Unless otherwise instructed, Grahams may instruct the carrier to leave the parcel in a safe place if the recipient is out. Grahams will not accept responsibility for delays arising from the inaccuracy of the delivery address. Donors may be charged for any additional costs that may arise in such matters.

Christmas Ordering and Delivery Arrangements

We are now taking orders for Christmas 2010. The last delivery date for Christmas is Wednesday 22nd December 2010.

Delivery Charges

The delivery charges shown are for delivery to any one address in England, Wales and Southern Scotland. Surcharges apply to Northern Scotland, Northern Ireland and the offshore islands. Saturday delivery can be arranged for an extra charge. All perishables are sent by next day carrier. Please contact us for a quote on 01768 862281

Export

The Windermere hamper is suitable for export. We will be happy to quote for EC states. Restrictions apply to non-EC states. Delivery charges cover packing and delivery only - Customs duties are not included.

J & J Graham are not liable for failure or delay in delivery or performance of this order either wholly or in part due to causes beyond their control. We are unable to accept responsibility for parcels after they have been accepted by our various carriers. In the event of non-arrival please inform us as soon as possible.
